Impact Evaluation Studies


Impact Assessments of CSR projects are now mandated and have strategic importance.
As per the revised Companies Act 2021, companies are required to undertake an impact assessment of their CSR projects. Impact assessment reports are required to be placed before the board and annexed to the annual report on CSR. The board of directors are now also required to monitor the implementation of ongoing CSR projects, with reference to approved timelines and the allocation of funds.
